Your First Choice in Fire Service

Captain H2O Services /Soulutions is a training/ information resource to show mentoring and coaching for new firefighters or exsisting fire trainers to work with entry level firefighters or high school firefighter programs.

Founded by a 35 year firefighter veteran with a passion for menoring, coaching and training entry level and exsisting firefighters. We will show interview real success stories in the fire service that I have mentored/ coached. Talk about thier success and some of the issues they over came to move up through the fire department.

Our Services

Coaching and mentoring

I have been in the public safety field since I was 16. From that time I have had the privilage to have been mentored from some great people. After getting settled into my career in the fire department, I started to return the mentoring that gave me my start to others. I ran a very successful high school firefighter program, in which most of my students ended up with successful careers in the fire service. Now that I am retired, I realize that this mentoring is falling short in some of these programs. I have returned in the form of a career coach to help youth navigate their way through this sometimes confusing path

Training

In addition to servicing these vehicles we provide training and equipment for departments to help maintain the apparatus. Over the years. Contact us, we can help you maintain the fleet, through providing training, equipment or our detailing services.

Coaching

We offer different levels of coaching. From entry level, to promotional exam coaching for future advancement. I have also worked with life coaching and can help navigate station life and dealing with your personal issues and how to deal with some of the difficult people.
